Our company has independently designed the wound tube heat exchanger, and has completed the design and calculation of several multi-stream and single-stream heat exchangers.

The wound tube heat exchanger is mainly composed of the wound tube core and the shell. The core body of the winding tube is composed of the tube plate, the central cylinder, the heat exchange tube, the cushion strip and the clamp, the binding cylinder, etc. The heat exchange tube is tightly coiled on the central tube and separated by flat and special-shaped strips to ensure the transverse and longitudinal spacing between the tubes. The central tube plays a supporting role in manufacturing. The strips and tubes are fixedly connected by clamps. The heat exchange tube and tube sheet are connected by strength welding and adhesive expansion.

Due to its special structure, the wound tube heat exchanger has the following advantages:

1) Excellent performance, wide range of applicable temperature and pressure, maximum design pressure up to 35Mpa, minimum design temperature up to - 196 ℃;

2) Suitable for single-phase and two-phase flow medium heat transfer;

3) One heat exchanger can handle heat exchange of multiple media at the same time;

4) Compact structure, high heat exchange efficiency, large heat exchange area of a single set, easy to realize large-scale heat exchanger;

5) Good thermal compensation performance.
