Process description: materials are sent to the belt conveyor I manually to the disperser. Crush large pieces of materials in the crusher and send them to the dryer. The dryer is equipped with a reading board, and the frequency converter is used to change the speed. The flue gas above 500 ° C is introduced into the dryer to reduce the moisture content of the material from 32% to less than 1%, and the material is sent to the belt conveyor through the outlet of the dryer. The material is then transported to the loading and unloading truck by the belt conveyor. The heat source is flue gas generated by coal-fired chain grate furnace. The dust removal device adopts cyclone group for Class I dust removal, and spray tower for Class II dust removal to discharge waste gas to the atmosphere.
The whole system is treated in a complete set, which can not only treat alkali slag, reduce environmental pollution, but also reduce S emission through the sedimentation chamber. It can also be reused. The dried alkaline slag can be used for power generation in the power plant, which can not only achieve economic benefits, but also reduce coal consumption: the coal consumption of the power plant was 800Kg/h, now 500Kg/h. Expected output value: the annual consumption of raw waste transportation is 1.2 million, and the expected benefit of users is 2 million/year by drying and transforming waste into raw materials. Energy saving: 60000/year.
